IPA Syrup a simple syrup with an IPA beer substituted in for the water. If possible, look for a light, floral IPA.
- 12 oz IPA
- 12 oz granulated sugar
- 1 tsp orange flower water (optional)
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and heat, stirring occasionally, just until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Allow syrup to cool then transfer to an airtight bottle. Keeps in the fridge for several weeks.
