White Lady
I typically use a London dry gin for this, but nearly any type will work.
- 2 oz gin
- ½ oz orange liqueur
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Dry shake; add ice and shake. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
