I didn’t invent this drink, but I did give it the name.
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 oz London dry gin
- 1 oz blanc vermouth
- ¼ oz honey syrup
- 2 oz sparkling wine
Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake then strain into a wine glass. Top with the sparkling wine. Be disappointed by Mimosas for the rest of your life.
