Tequila Sour
The burnt sugar syrup is my own addition.
- 2 oz tequila
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz burnt sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
- a small pinch of salt
Dry shake, then add ice and shake. Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
