Star Cocktail
This is especially good with a spicer vermouth, like Antica Formula.
- 1½ oz straight applejack or apple brandy
- 1½ oz sweet vermouth
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- garnish: lemon twist
Stir ingredients with plenty of ice and strain into a coupe.
Express lemon peel oils over the drink, then rub it around the rim of the glass and place it in the drink.
