Rumhattan
This is a Manhattan with rum in place of the whiskey.
- 2 oz aged rum
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- garnish: maraschino cherry
Stir with plenty of ice. Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with maraschino cherry or brandied cherry.
