Rosé Fizz
- 1¾ oz London dry gin
- ¾ oz grapefruit juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2–3 oz sparkling dry rosé
Add gin, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a champaign flute.
Top with 2–3 oz sparkling dry rosé.
