Ritz Bijou

This is a much drier adaptation on the Bijou.

  • 2 oz London dry gin
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • ½ oz orange liqueur
  • 3 dashes rosemary bitters
  • garnish: rosemary sprig

Stir with plenty of ice. Strain into a coupe. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
