Red and Black
- 2 strawberries, hulled & halved
- 2 oz tequila blanco
- 1 oz lime juice
- ¾ oz black pepper syrup
- garnish: salt, sugar, & pepper (for rim)
Combine a small amount of salt, sugar, and pepper, and rim the the edge of a collins glass with the mixture.
Muddle the strawberries in the bottom of the glass, then add ice.
Combine remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into the glass.
