Pilot’s License
This is an unabashed response to anyone who insists a martini must be dry. Aviation is a sweeter, less juniper-heavy gin that shines with a moderately sweet blanc vermouth.
- 2¼ oz Aviation gin
- ¾ oz blanc vermouth
- garnish: lemon twist
Add to cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Stir well, then strain into a martini glass or coupe.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
