Paper Plane
Amaro Nonino is one of my favorite amaros, and this is a great way to put it to use if you’re not sipping in neat.
- ¾ oz bourbon
- ¾ oz Amaro Nonino
- ¾ oz Aperol
- ¾ oz lemon juice
Shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
