New York Sour
- 2 oz bourbon
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- ¼ oz red wine
Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake, then add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a coupe glass.
Gently add red wine so it floats in a layer atop the drink.
