Muscovado Margarita
Use muscovado sugar to make a simple syrup for a deep rich flavor.
This is not the most visually attractive drink around, but it’s flavor is superb.
- 1½ oz mezcal
- ¾ oz dry curaçao or other orange liqueur
- 1 oz lime juice
- ½ oz muscovado syrup*
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake. Strain into coupe glass.
