Indian Winter
This uses honey syrup infused with cardamom pods.

- 1½ oz vodka
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz honey cardamom syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2 drops Angostura bitters
- garnish: 1 star anise
Add vodka, lemon juice, syrup, and egg white to a shaker. Dry shake, then add ice and shake. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
Add a couple drops of Angostura bitters on top of the foam (for aroma). Float the star anise atop the drink.
