The original recipe calls for green grapes, but red grapes work as well.
- 1 oz London dry gin
- 1 oz Campari
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 5 grapes
- garnish: 3 grapes
Muddle 5 grapes in the bottom of your cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with three grapes on a pick.
