
Egg Sour
One of my wintertime favorites.
- 1 oz brandy
- 1 oz orange liqueur
- ¼ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- 1 whole egg
- grated nutmeg
Add everything except nutmeg to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake; add ice and shake. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with freshly-grated nutmeg.
