Death in Oaxaca
- 1 oz mezcal
- ⅜ oz Green Chartreuse
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz light agave syrup
- 3 oz sparkling wine (dry)
- garnish: lime twist
Add mezcal, Green Chartreuse, lime juice, and agave to cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a Champagne flute.
Top with about 3 oz sparkling wine. Garnish with a lime twist.
