Dark n Stormy

- 2 oz dark or aged rum (I’m legally obligated to say Goslings)
- 1 oz ginger syrup
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 2 oz soda water
- garnish: lime wheel
Add rum, ginger syrup, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. “Short shake” for about five seconds.
Strain into collins glass and top with about 2 oz soda water. Add fresh ice to fill the glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
