Do I have too many Negroni variations on this site? I think not.
- 1 oz London dry gin
- ¾ oz sweet vermouth (preferably Punt e Mes)
- ¾ oz Campari
- ¼ oz white creme de cacao
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
- garnish: orange twist
Stir briefly with ice (it will continue to dilute in the glass). Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with an orange twist.
