Chocolate Negroni

Do I have too many Negroni variations on this site? I think not.

  • 1 oz London dry gin
  • ¾ oz sweet vermouth (preferably Punt e Mes)
  • ¾ oz Campari
  • ¼ oz white creme de cacao
  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters
  • garnish: orange twist

Stir briefly with ice (it will continue to dilute in the glass). Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with an orange twist.
