Champs Élysées

  • 2 oz cognac or brandy
  • ½ oz Green Chartreuse
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ¼ oz simple syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • garnish: lemon twist, discarded

Shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a coupe.

Express oils from a lemon twist over the drink, then discard the twist.
