  • 2 oz Cognac or other brandy
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • ½ oz demerara syrup
  • fresh grated nutmeg

Add brandy, cream, and demerara syrup to a cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into coupe glass.

Top with grated nutmeg.
