Bramble

  • 1 ½ oz gin
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • ½ oz crème de mure (blackberry liqueur)
  • garnish: blackberries

Fill a rocks glass to the top with pebble ice or crushed ice.

Add gin, lemon, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously with ice and strain into glass.

Float the crème de mure over the top of the drink. Garnish with a few blackberries.
