Boulevardier
A close cousin of the Negroni. For a more earthy variation, try substituting St. George Bruto Americano for Campari.
- 1½ oz bourbon
- ¾ oz Campari
- ¾ oz sweet vermouth
- garnish: orange twist or brandied cherry
Stir bourbon, Campari, and vermouth with ice. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with orange twist or a brandied cherry.
