
Boulevardier
A close cousin of the Negroni, I like to differentiate this one by serving it over the rocks. For a more earthy variation, try substituting St. George Bruto Americano for Campari.
- 1 oz bourbon or rye
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- orange twist or brandied cherry
Stir whiskey, Campari, and vermouth with ice. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with orange twist or a brandied cherry.
