Blanche Dubois
- 1 strawberry
- 2 oz London dry gin (Beefeater)
- ½ oz dry curaçao
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz orgeat
- garnish: mint sprig
Muddle the strawberry in the base of a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Slap the mint sprig to release its oils, then add it to the glass as a garnish.
