Bitter in Brazil

Best with a full-bodied vermouth such as Punt E Mes or Carpano Antica

  • 1½ oz Cachaça
  • ¾ oz orange curaçao
  • ¾ oz sweet vermouth
  • ⅙ oz rich simple syrup
  • ½ barspoon Fernet Branca
  • garnish: orange twist

Stir briefly with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with orange twist.
