Bitter in Brazil
Best with a full-bodied vermouth such as Punt E Mes or Carpano Antica
- 1½ oz Cachaça
- ¾ oz orange curaçao
- ¾ oz sweet vermouth
- ⅙ oz rich simple syrup
- ½ barspoon Fernet Branca
- garnish: orange twist
Stir briefly with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with orange twist.
