Bijou
- 1¼ oz Plymouth gin or london dry gin
- ¾ oz sweet vermouth (Cocchi di Torino)
- ¼ oz Green Chartreuse
- 1 dash orange bitters (Regan’s)
- garnish: lemon twist and cocktail cherry
Stir with plenty of ice. Strain into a coupe glass.
